All basic tools on QuickTools are provided free of charge. Since these services are free, no refunds are applicable for free tool usage.
For any premium services or subscriptions that may be offered:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Partial Refunds: Prorated refunds may be available for annual subscriptions.
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at refunds@quicktools.com.
- Include your order number and reason for refund.
- Allow 3–5 business days for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Services used beyond the refund period
- Charges for excessive usage beyond fair-use limits
- Third-party service fees
- Gift cards or promotional credits
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining time in your billing cycle unless requested within the refund period.
